Corporate Recruiter
Contract (9 – 12 Months)

Role Description
Reporting to the Global Director, Human Resources, the Recruiter will source, screen, interview, arrange interviews and coordinate job offers for a variety of positions from entry-level to mid-management. Responsibilities include:
· Writing, editing and finalizing job descriptions for postings
· Posting positions on company website, LinkedIn OR working with a recruiter
· Screening candidates for job requirements and Company fit
· Arranging interviews with hiring managers and HR Manager
· Conducting reference and background checks
· Producing and coordinating offers of employment
· Working with the HR Managers to coordinate the onboarding process
Position Requirements
University or college education
5-7 years of recruiting experience; preferably in an engineering environment with technical skill
Experience coordinating HR programs in a variety of geographies
Highly developed communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and changing circumstances
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels in the organization
