Banking Admin/ HR Assistant

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for HR adminstrators to join their HR team for a 3 month project. We are looking for individuals with Intermediate Word and Excel skills, Admin experience, and attention to detail. Great opportunity for anyone looking to get into HR. Training is provided.

 

Contract term: 3 months

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

Location:  Downtown Toronto

Full-time: 37.5 hours

 

Must Have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office
  • Administrative experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience reviewing documentation

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft 
  • HR experience

 

Job Resposibilities:

  • Use PeopleSoft, Excel and Word to mail merge and create offer letters
  • Data and info transfer to the offer letters
  • Print and prepare offer letters
  • If necessary, revise and create new offers
  • Track progress in an Excel spreadsheets
  • Other tasks as assigned
