Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Bilingual Service Availability Reps to join their growing team. We are looking for applicants who have excellent communication skills, call center experience, and have a technical background.
Contract term: 02/07/2018 to 01/07/2019 (2 years)
Pay Rate: $ 18.85/hour, $20.25/hr (afternoon), $20.97/hr (overnight)
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: rotational, 7.5 hour shifts between 7am - 9pm
Must Haves:
- Bilingual, English and French
- Excellent communication skills (Phone etiquette)
- 5 years of call center experience
- Customer service experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for technical support and general queries
- Respond to a variety of inbound customer calls/emails
- Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
- Provide timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
- Identify and escalate wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback Build ongoing support proficiency for other skills and applications
Skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Above average computing and navigational skills
- Experience with ticketing systems is an asset
- A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
- University Degree or a College degree/diploma is considered an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint)
Technical/Troubleshooting ability preferred:
- Windows 7/10
- IE8/1
- Edge/Chrome/Firefox/Safari
- VOIP, Active Directory, Citrix/Remote Access
- Blackberry, BYOD, AirWatch
- Access, OCS Group chat, Lync, SCCM
- A good understanding of networking and wifi support
