Global Human Resources Coordinator

Our client, a leading global producer of fluid flow equipment, is looking for a Global Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Scarborough. This Coordinator will work with global business and HR leaders to intitutionalize the organizational programs for their 1000+ employees around the world. 

 

Permanent Hire

Salary: $50K - $65K, depending on experience

Location: Scarborough

 

Job Resposibilities:

  • Maintain the global HRIS data and produce headcount and compensation reports and analysis
  • Manage the global incentive program for management and sales
  • Support the annual compensation increase process, coordinate annual headcount budget planning process, and coordinate all compensation changes with payroll
  • Facilitate the annual performance evaluation process, global talent review and performance development plans
  • Ensure individual development plans, monitor their completion, coordinate the skills and career track program, and facilitate the global mentorship program
  • Design and implement a global onboarding program for new hires
  • Be central HR coordinator for the learning academy
  • Implement and manage global recognition programs
  • Lead the implementation of a global HRIS in the upcoming year
  • Design and document HR workflows / process maps
  • Support all regional HR Managers to coordinate activities between locations

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Commerce
  • HR Diploma or equivalent; CHRP designation or working towards it
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Experience coordinating HR programs in a variety of geographies for a global company
  • Intermediate/advanced spreadsheet skills, ability to manage employee data (experience using macros, pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
  • Experience coordinating training and development programs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people around the globe
  • A second language of Spanish, Mandarin or Hindi are assets
  • Highly developed organizational skills and ability to track and manage the activity of over 1000+ employees
  • Experience implementing an HRIS would be an advantage
  • Highly evolved problem-solving skills
