Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for collections agents to join their growing team. We are looking for individuals with previous call center experience, perfectly fluent in English and French, and are looking to get into the banking industry. All training will be provided.
Contract term: 6 months, conversion possible (depending on performance)
Pay rate: $16-$17/hour
Full-time: 30.5 - 37.5 hours
Schedule: Primarily Afternoon and Evening shifts; must be available Monday-Sunday, 8:00am - 10:00pm
Must Have:
- 2 years of call center experience
- Bilingual, English and French
- Tech savvy, intermediate MS Office skills
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in collections
Job Responsibilities:
- Recieving in-bound and performing outbound collection calls to clients regarding past due invoices and statements
- Performing early stage delinquency and courtesy calls
- Answering incoming calls from clients regarding past due invoices and statements
- Reducing client delinquency
- Interacting with customers, lawyers, branches and different professionals
- Performing other customer service responsibilities as required
Skills:
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Positive demeanor, superior customer service outlook
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to take initiative
- Quick learner with the ability to learn new software
