We are looking seeking for a Commercial Sales Manager from Packaging or Distribution industry. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Responsible for the total management of the Food Service/Distribution Canadian Market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for assigned sales volume and profit quota.
- Responsible for segment specific business and assigned customers.
- Required to manage to an assigned travel, trade, promotion and sample budget and manage marketing and trade budget for all broker territories.
- Ability to lead within a cross-functional team and interface with outside company marketing, operations and purchasing groups to grow the business effectively.
- Capable of building multi-level relationships within identified customers.
- Process control for pipeline execution
- Responsible for delivering profitable sales growth in alignment with strategies and focus in food service and distribution industry.
Competencies:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; i.e. Excel, Outlook, PP, SAP
- Excellent written and communication skills
- French speaking is an asset
- University or College degree
Previous B2B National or Key management experience, Food Service/Distribution industry is preferred
- Experienced in sales data collection and analysis
