Our client, a leading glass products manufacturing company which is location in Vaughan is hiring a customer service representative/front desk officer to join their team.
Location: Concord (keele and steeles)
Shift time: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $18/hour
Job duties and requirements:
- Answers customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with excellent customer service skills
- Pepare documentations and managing paper works
- Experience and knowledge regarding AP/AR, for example, updating and maintaining records of expenditures, responding to vendor invoices, managing outgoing payments and billings, verifying transaction information, preparing and understanding financial statements and reports.
- Advanced computer skills for MS office
- Excellent communication skills
