We are looking seeking for a Customer Service Manager from Packaging or Distribution industry.
Report directly to the General Manager
Salary is $80-90K (dependent on skills and level of experience)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• To motivate change and create a new approach to improve Customer Service / Inventory Supply Chain
• Maintain an 85 % accuracy in our forecasting in supply chain
• Increase EDI capabilities to result in touchless order processing, and increased accuracy
• Support/Create processes for new product launch requiring special access
• Work closely with regulatory and QA to create corporate SOP’s and training manuals
• Develop metrics for CS department - on time shipping, phone call efficiency; inventory turns on a quarterly basis
Skills & Requirements:
• Thorough knowledge of SAP (customer service and supply chain modules)
• Must have Packaging or Distribution industry experience
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Electronic Data Interchange
• Inventory Management and Supply Chain experience
• Customer Service experience
