Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Banking Operations Officer to join their team. We are looking for provide a broad range of operational support and/or performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own functional area within Transaction Processing.
Contract term:05/03/2018 to 08/06/2019 (3 months), possible extension and conversion
Pay rate: $17.34/hr
Full time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Must have:
2-4 yrs experiences. as a Customer Service/Operations Officer (nice to have -working with clients over the phone)
Knowledge of Administrative applications (CIF, Creditlink etc.)
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong Data Entry/Keyboarding skills (Speed and accuracy)
Excellent/Professional communication skills (written & verbal)
Enthusiastic & demonstrates ability to work in a high volume, fast paced & high risk environment
Nice to have:
Bilingual (English/French); Fully fluent in writing/speaking/reading
