Banking Niche - Analyst
Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Niche Analyst to join their team. We are looking a recent post-Graduate to work on a variety of special projects as part of a 6+ month assignment.
Contract term: 26/02/2018 to 18/08/2018 (6 months), possible extension and conversion
Pay rate: $20.00/hour
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Must have:
- Expert- tableau Minimum of 3 to 5 years
- Experience with consulting and communication
- Analytical
- Excellent communication
- VBA- programming, building database
- Macros- advanced
- Business Acumen
Nice to have:
- MBA

Job Responsibilities:
- Segment strategy, planning and execution
- Executive and operational reporting
- Resource (internal and external) management, policies and monitoring
- Financial forecasting and budgeting
- Governance, Audit, Regulatory and Compliance Review's
- Development of policies & controls
- Building large-scale Team communications
- Understand requirements, investigate, and effectively communicate recommendations
- Support the continued enhancement and evolution of the Operations Team through transparent communication
- Work effectively with internal stakeholders to identify, escalate and collaborate regarding potential risks
Skills:
- Advanced Computer skills (TABLEAU, VBA, Access Database, SQL an asset)
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Analyze data and distil the data into information that can be shared
- Strong leadership and management working as part of a high achieving management team
Well-developed interpersonal skills - Ability to demonstrate management through change, both organizationally and technically
