Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for a Contact Centre Representative to join their Legislated Products group. We are looking for candidates who has more than 5 years customer mortgage experience with Legal and or Real Estate secured lending knowledge.
Contract term: 2018-02-21 to 2019-02-01 (1 year)
Pay rate: $22.41/hour
Full-time: 37.5 hours
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m
Must Have:
- Advanced Mircrosoft office. Excel (Pivot tables, V look ups, formulas, functions, and macros), PowerPoint.
- Legal and or Real Estate secured lending knowledge is a must
- 5 years customer mortgage and customer service experience
- Knowledge of Legislated Products an asset
- Knowledge of ISM, CORE, SIT and SEI systems an asset
- Banking and/or Mortgages exprience an asset
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the investigation and facilitation of complex client resolutions around real estate secured lending and complex mortgage situations
- Preparation of mortgage and legal documents
- Escalate processing issues where necessary to ensure a high level of service is maintained
- Mortgage documentation interpretation
- Work effectively as an independent contributor and provide direction to team on ways to achieve project / business objectives
- Support and contribute to a work environment that promotes Legendary customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork
- Ensure adherence to all HR policies, other Bank, and Industry Codes of Conduct
Education/Experience: University degree is highly preferred or equivalent experience.
