Job Description:
Implement and support IT infrastructure systems in the designated practice under the supervision of lead consultants or project managers within a project or support environment that provides 24 x 7 phone support, incident mgt, release mgt and change mgt. Work in a quality, professional manner to complete project responsibilities on time and on budget resulting in high customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Implement and troubleshoot hardware and software system configurations for multiple customer environments.
• Mentor associate consultants and serve as escalation point for their technical related support issues
• Contribute and develop best practices, strategies, methodologies and documentation/templates suitable for use by other consultants and associate consultants
• Achieve high level of Customer Satisfaction on all consulting engagements by executing to achieve client project expectations set by technical leads and project managers and develop strong customer relationships and trust to secure future business
EDUCATION:
• B.S. or B.A. in a technical discipline preferred
EXPERIENCE:
• 3-5 years experience in networking or consulting experience
• Client facing Managed Services consulting experience preferred
• In depth system engineering experience involving hardware, software and services solutions at an enterprise level for product lines preferred
• Direct involvement in working with internal and external teams to implement and troubleshoot hardware, software and services.
• Vendor, distributor, channel and product knowledge and experience.
• Direct Enterprise management of installations with focus on large computing environments preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCNP.CCNA etc.
• ITIL Foundations preferred but not required
• PMP preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
