Overview On behalf of one leading bank in Canada. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service, in a fast paced, high volume, dynamic environment. Major Responsibility The person in this position manually receives, sorts, files and sends mail related to the activities of his or her unit. The incumbent also performs various administrative tasks in compliance with established standards and policies. Duties: Filing Services for Financial Planner including: • File outstanding documentation. • Remove closed files for archiving. • General organization (alphabetizing) of client files. • Count inventory of stationary items Qualifications • 1 year of relevant experience. • Expert level in English. • Peer relationships. • Technical learning. • Standing alone. • Professionalism and attention to detail.
