Bilingual Call Centre Sales Rep-Outbound(London)

Our client is a leading bank in North America. Department Overview: The Money Out Advice Contact Centre is a centralized telephone sales channel which is able to cost effectively reach customers and external prospects through various marketing and advertising initiatives. Recognizing that sales are the highest form of customer service, the Money Out Advice Contact Centre uses a balanced scorecard approach between sales, customer service and productivity. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service. This position will handle primarily outbound calls to established customers and sell products and services. You will meet formalized objectives for sales, productivity and quality. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will identify and act upon all sales opportunities, and refer clients to other appropriate business units. You will receive extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role. Job Description: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our incoming call centre clients. In addition, you will contribute to our team by identify all sales opportunities to retain and grow our business through your ability to advise and offer our clients a full range of products and services to meet their needs via the telephone. (Products and services include investments, new accounts, visa products, overdraft, telephone/web banking registrations and support, bill payment registrations, processing and general enquiries). As an Easyline specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by providing high quality service at every interaction and ensuring customer concerns are being handled appropriately, while working in a dynamic fast pace environment. Also in this role, you must adhere to both professional practices and standards, and the company processes and controls to achieve operational excellence. A requirement of the role is to meet monthly Sales, Customer Service, Productivity and Compliance targets. Job Requirements: *** MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE *** Bilingual - French and English You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales. You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions. Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. Candidates must be enthusiastic team players and willing to take an active role in campaigns and business building initiatives. Successful candidates must be available to commence training on November 4, 2013. Training: You will participate in a training program that is 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours weekly) for 4 weeks. Attendance is mandatory. Part time hours: While no guarantee on the number of hours, we are looking for the candidate to commit to working a minimum of 22.5 hours per week up to 37.5. Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 1pm – 10 pm and Saturday 10am – 6pm .
