Banking Service Officer II

Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for Service Officers to join their Operations team. We are looking for individuals with customer service and data enty experience as well as banking/finance or accounting background. 

Contract term: 3 months, possible extension

Pay rate: $17.34/hour

Part-time: 20 - 25 hours

Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotational 10:00am-3:00pm, 12:00pm-6:30pm with flexibility for overtime 

Must haves:

• Quick learner
• Tech savvy 
• Intermediate MS Excel skills 
• Data entry, speed and accuracy
• Customer service experience
• Excellet communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to deal with sensitive data and timelines

Nice to have:

• Financial and accounting background
• Business background
• College diploma, university degree, or equivalent work experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast pace high volume department
• Perform data entry functions
• Move assets of cash and securities for clients within various lines of business
• Place a strong focus on attention to detail, speed and accuracy and customer service
• Play an integral role in preparing for RSP season
