Our client is a leading bank in North America. Job Description: ***STRONG SALES and OBJECTION HANDLING SKILLS REQUIRED*** As a Telephone Sales Specialist, your responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from new and established customers and primarily sell Balance Protection Insurance and other products and services to meet the customer’s needs. You will meet formalized objectives for sales, productivity, compliance and quality. You will provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will identify and act upon all sales opportunities, and refer clients to other appropriate business units. You will receive extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role. Job Requirements: - You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales. - You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. - You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions. Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. - Must be BILINGUAL FRENCH/ENGLISH. - Flexibility to work FIXED EVENINGS Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm, Saturday 7:00am and 10:00pm and Sunday between 7:00am-4:00pm, Stat holidays from 10:00am-6:00pm - Training Times: 10 days in class and 10 days nesting (flexibility required) 4 weeks in total. - Multiple positions are available.
