Production Supervisor for a leading Cosmetics manufacturer-Houston,US Please send resume to: resume2013@gc-employment.com with the title "Production Supervisor-Houston" For further information contact Prabhjot Rayat 416-299-0789 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED • 3-5 yrs Experience in a manufacturing environment, (beverage, food, consumer goods, warehouse). • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in process improvement tools and techniques. • Experienced in Safety systems and techniques. • Experienced with mechanical preventative maintenance systems (TQM). • Led teams of 20 or more employees • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize accordingly • Computer literacy, specifically Windows and Microsoft Office along with automated payroll systems (a must) • Bilingual (a plus) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Proactively maintain a safe working environment focused on continued compliance with Occupational • Health and Safety standards of the facility. • Maintain quality requirements by adhering to and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practices while ensuring key metrics of Cost, Service and Morale are met. • Plan, direct, engage and understand daily production operations while anticipating and troubleshooting production opportunities. • Review production schedules and assign work accordingly. • Lead all training for employees in their span of control. Salary 55K-65K
